Here are the main new components of the NEW Dashboard.(Click an image to zoom-in)
The new Consumption page includes a context driven consumption chart with a lot of new Filters, that allow you to report on your infrastructure clusters, resource pools, physical hosts and virtual machines.
The new Capacity page includes a context driven consumption chart with Filters for different Infrastructures and timeframes. It allows you to view your consumption related to your overall capacity and view individual physical resources levels as they get consumed. This also provides for an important view to your unused level and its associated costs.
The new Chargeback page includes a context driven consumption chart with Filters for different Infrastructures and timeframes. It allows to quickly get a cost summary for your Clusters and Resource Pools and you can use additional Filters for reporting associated costs on your physical hosts and virtual machines.
Similar to the Capacity page, the new Top Machines page includes a context driven consumption chart with Filters for different Infrastructures and timeframes. It allows you to use many Filters for reporting associated metrics on your clusters, resource pools, physical hosts and virtual machines.
Highly requested - we have added the new Resource Trending page. This page can quickly shows you how your consumption is trending against your overall capacity and various physical resources. The trending charts extrapolate out into the future to show you how your current trends will impact your resources and if they will trigger any upcoming bottlenecks in the future.
Highly requested - The 6fusion Planner allows you to run what-if scenarios with your consumption usage profiles and infrastructure components. You can quick enter and modify your usage levels and see the impact against your defined infrastructure resources.
Use the Advanced Planner when you have many different usage profiles combined with many different infrastructure profiles.
